George Owoo, President and Chief
Executive Officer, is the founder of
WelGrace Research Group, a
results-driven scientist and
pharmaceutical executive with more
than 20 years of progressive
experience at such leading
organizations as Baxter Healthcare
Corporation, Ohmeda Pharmaceutical Products, Wyeth, PharmaKinetics
Laboratories, DuPont and GlaxoSmithKline. Owoo has directed cross-
functional teams in technology transfer from Pre-IND to product launch,
worked with multicultural contract manufacturing facilities in Europe, Latin
America and Asia, led global scientific research activities for small and large
molecules of new/generic products and, and he has been granted five
U.S. patents. Owoo holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from
Cheyney University and a Master of Science in Analytical and Bioorganic
Chemistry from Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Janet Fenning, Vice President, Finance and Administration,
has more than 10 years of experience in public financing and accounting
within the food industry. Previously, Ms. Fenning held senior management
positions at International Fish Trading Company, Tema-Ghana and Sainsbury
International of UK.
Mr. Xin He (“James”), Director of Strategic Business Partnerships and
Alliance, responsible for new business and markets development in the
European Union, China and the United States. Mr. He earned a Bachelor of
Science in Agriculture Sciences in Dafeng, China, a Master of Science in
Pharmacology from Chinese Pharmaceutical University and a Master of
Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Tennessee.
